ABOUT ME
I had a traumatic brain injury when I was in high school. I had to work on regaining memory and became epileptic because of the injury. I returned to school and had seizures, but I dealt with it. It was tough but I ended up still finishing with my class. During college, I was at Syracuse University. Everything went great until depression took over, by how I was treated from being epileptic. I lost a lot of weight and became very thin. That’s when I decided I needed to change things!
I started lifting weights and became physically active. Doing all the workouts made me build muscle, gain weight back I had lost, and become more confident, with determination. I was a new person. And one summer I had brain surgery, and it helped me enormously. So I went back to Syracuse and graduated.
I continued exercising, and became an instructor of exercising classes. But I decided I wanted to train each person individually, so I became a personal trainer. I’ve enjoyed seeing the changes I’ve made in each clients’ lives.
Marathons are a sport of mine, and currently I have run ten. I have goals of training for a triathlon one day. During my past time I read books and write also.
Whether it is toning your body, losing weight, building muscle, or if you want to excel in sports, I can help each client achieve their goals.
I appreciate each day that goes by, being healthy and fit. I am ready to help you do the same!
I currently live and train in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Venice, and Beverly Hills.
