My name is Ben Christian, and I am a fitness coach who is ready to help you get great results. I will design workouts specifically for you, and be by your side throughout the journey.

With my training you will lose weight, become stronger, and be healthy. You will learn how exercising right with resistance training and cardio you can achieve what you are going after.

You will feel the improvements that are happening, and enjoy life with less stress.

I am a brain injury survivor, and I experienced many obstacles I had to overcome. Now as a fitness coach, I enjoy helping anyone who has had similar experiences.

My training will help you with building coordination, strength, and confidence!

Mon-Fri: 6am-7pm

Sat & Sun: 7am-2pm
