At this time we have the COVID-19 virus that is taking over each country. Right now we have to pay attention to this and watch out for ourselves, our family, and whoever is around us. We should stay at home all the time, unless we need to go to the store for food or necessities. And as we are out, anyone around us should be 6 feet away. We must make changes.

Remember though, there no excuse for us not to workout when we are at home. Doing it will keep your body healthy and clear your mind of being at home so much. But are you going to let this be an excuse for sitting on your couch and watching TV for most of the day? If you worked hard on getting your body in shape at the gym, would you want your body to be out of shape?

Really everyone, it’s hard even for me to just work from home, and be at my desk for a few hours without exercising. I feel the need to lift weights, go run or just walk a while. And if you are out of shape and need to exercise, now you have the time to do it.
Your body needs it. Your mind needs it. And your muscles need it. Do what you can. Push ups, squats, jumping jacks, curls and presses with tomato jars, or even sit ups with a book like I am. It is a Shakespeare book and we should remember part of Sonnet 18:
But thy eternal summer shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st Nor shall death brag thou wander'st in his shade, When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
