Work. Sometimes work causes a lot of stress. It can be tough, but the best way to get over stress is with exercising.
When you have stress on your mind, and you are trying to figure out how to solve a problem but can’t, and it keeps coming back, resistance training is what you need. Without a doubt can clear your mind, feel more optimistic, and maybe help you come to a conclusion on how you can take care of the issue.
Sometimes if I have an issue with me, I lift weights. It helps me get over the stress. I am then able to plan things out accordingly with how I am going to tackle the situations.
Feeling better and then relaxed is because of the endorphins that kick in with your body. You body’s endorphins trigger a positive and energetic feeling. Your mind thinks better. It is always a benefit from exercising, do not believe it is just your muscles that are improving.
And if your stress causes you to be roadblocked to where you can’t decide on what to do in the gym, then having a personal trainer is what you need. Some of my clients get stressed out with their career, but after I train them, they feel better and calm after they are done. And especially with a few clients that are lawyers, doctors, accountants, and professors.
Now you have another reason for you to exercise, to reduce stress.
