
The New Year of 2019 recently began. If you have any goals of getting in shape or being more healthy, now is the time to do it.
The next step for you might be to join a gym. At the gym you may feel intimidated by others that are already part of it and seem to be in better shape, or are younger. I suggest at the gym you don’t copy anyone that you think knows what they are doing, because they mostly don’t. That’s why you either need to educate yourself or get a trainer to assist you.
And that is where my field comes in. I get to know your desire to be fit and why. And I come to an understanding of what it will take to achieve your fitness goals. I put a plan together for each workout to begin the progress. But one thing you really have to do is commit to it, and be determined to do it. Because if you aren’t, then you won’t be where you want to be as weeks go by.
So what are your fitness goals for 2019? And are you going to commit to them, or only try and then give up because you can’t take the discipline you have to keep?
