Are you looking for a way to get exercise without going into the gym? Running up the stairs outdoors is the answer. All over your legs, abdomen, rear and lower back gets a good workout. This is also good for your heart, your breathing, and not to mention it makes you sweat!
Try this not just once, but a few times. If it becomes hard and you need to slow down, walk during this instead of running. Or take a break between each time you do it. Make sure you keep your back straight and don’t slouch your shoulders. But however you do it, keep working hard.
So if you get tired of being in the gym and on the treadmills, walk or run stairs somewhere like a park. And if you decide you’re ready to get back in the gym, go for it. But if you would like to get back in the gym or a park but need help, I’m ready to be your trainer!
