I just decided it a few days ago. I went outside because it felt so nice and I went running on the beach. It was good to feel the cool breeze blowing in from the ocean. It gives you a clear mind, going running for a short time. I didn’t plan on going running earlier, my body felt tired, I was feeling a bit hungry, but after I started I just felt good to keep going. I ran 10 miles. It’s been a few months since I’ve run that long. I’m not planning on doing a marathon soon, maybe in the fall, but I’m focusing on achieving different things.

We should all do that. Sometime do something you love just to enjoy it. But when you have goals or priorities in life, you should always remember to take care of those first. Enjoy your day when you read this. Maybe just like I did when I ran on the beach. 🙂
